Office Visits

Our practice is committed to providing you with a positive periodontal experience. We are sensitive to the fact that you may be anxious about making a visiting to our office, so our goal is to make you feel comfortable while you are here.

Please Note: All patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Your first visit is all about you. 

Bring your smile!

Please help us during your first visit by arriving prepared with the following information:

• Completed New Patient Registration Form

• A complete list of medications that you are currently taking

• DENTAL insurance cards

We understand that you have a busy schedule, so when you're preparing for your initial visit to our office, please remember that your appointment will last between 30 and 60 minutes.

We strive to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. Referral of emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule, and your understanding and patience are very much appreciated.

Your first visit will include the following:

• Vitals will be taken
• Review of your completed dental & medical history
• Review or exposure of x-rays
• Oral exam

After a thorough examination, Dr. Tingey will discuss his exam findings and share all options for treatment. Our goal is to help you come to an informed decision regarding care. Complicated or multi-disiplinary cases may require further discussion with your general dentist prior to presenting your treatment plan.
